    On a 3 hours walking tour you’ll explore the culture, history of Hanoi, step into a world full of street food vendors. Unlike big cities all around the world, street food in Hanoi are not just hot dog carts and pretzel stands, we offer an opportunity to try out 10 different dishes at local food stand, family restaurants… A rotating menu from day-to-day to represent the variety of delicious options, but tastings might include – but are subject to change: rice noodle soup with beef, rice noodle with chicken, rice noodle with grilled pork, snail, or dry noodle, sticky rice, along with various kinds of donuts, steamed pancake or Vietnamese sandwiches.

This experience went above our expectations. Tom was so nice and made the tour very enjoyable. Not only do you get to try great food, but you will learn a lot about the city and the culture. I highly recommend doing this near the beginning of your stay in Hanoi because you will receive lots of other great recommendations.

We had an excellent time. Our tour guide, Mai spoke perfect english and took us to places we would have missed on our own. All of the food was wonderful. Mai also gave us the history of the food and showed us a bit of life for people living in the Old Quarter. I'd highly recommend this excursion.
