The trip was great, the canoes, caves, beach, lunch... until I broke my wrist, through my own fault on James Bond Island. Our tour director and everyone involved were fantastic! I still cannot believe how caring and thoughtful they were as well as the medical staff on the island. The cruise director was amazing, making sure I was being treated and our belongings were given back to us. One of the members of the tour crew stayed with us, my adult daughter and me a 68 year old woman, throughout the speed boat and ground ambulances. She accompanied us through the first emergency room, with many hours passing. They loaned us the money to pay the remainder of the hospital bill; $130 US dollars in entirety! They made arrangements for one of their drivers to take us back to our hotel in Phucket so we were able to get my medical insurance policy. She helped my daughter using a translation app to let her know what the x-rays found and their plan of action. I know that my screaming, while they pulled my bones to get them back in a safe place, was very hard on my daughter. The tour representative stayed with her and was so professional with her smiles and head nodding that made me feel that it was going to be okay. She was so caring. They drove us back to the emergency room in Phucket's Bangkok Hospital. The tour company called many times, asking how I was and wanting updates on everything happening daily and asking if we needed any help with anything. They asked to visit me in the hospital, and being from the U.S. my daughter thought they were coming with releases of liability for me to sign. Instead to our surprise, gratitude and renewed belief in how people ought to act towards each other; they brought a huge basket of fruit to my room with a big beautiful hand tied bow! And I mean "they", five of their crew were all there smiling at me and wanting to share their love. It was amazing! There are not enough stars to rate this tour company! I wasn't able to get this review out in a timely manner due to the break on the 8th of December. I cannot praise them enough! Thank you for all your help & support!

Great tour to the Islands. Amazing scenery, very good and well organised service overall and great experience offered by the fun loving hospitable crew especially on our way back who performed a great show including dancing and singing! Don’t forget to tip the canoeing crew for their hard work!

A very pleasant cruise to the islands, the canoeing was great, lunch was good. The staff made an extra effort to arrange pick up from a hotel near our villa, so we didn't have to pay extra.

Hands down my favorite tour during my trip! 1) Booking - was VERY easy. Double check that you are in the pick up areas! Luckily, I was in the free pick up zone. 2) Very well organized, from pick up,to lunch,to boat ride,to canoe,to swimming. The day before your tour, you will receive a message from the tour operator on your pick up time. Please make sure you are at your hotel lobby or outside at least 10-15 minutes before the time in case your driver is early! The driver will go around showing a list of names! Others are waiting in the van so do not delay. Tip: download WhatsApp for easy contact 3) excellent tour with enough time at each location. The boat ride was very calm and I suggest this if you get motion sick. Plenty of time at James Bond Island, and canoeing at 2 different islands. Even had time for swimming. Lunch was served buffet style after James Bond Island. Guides are wonderful,great photo takers,and funny! Make sure you tip your guides and your drivers! I suggest buying a wateeproof lanyard for your cellphone! Definitely will use this tour guide again in the future!
