Overview

Collect paranormal evidence using our tools in a small group setting of up to twelve ghost hunters total. This is not your average ghost storytelling tour, this is an interactive experience to learn the history of Charleston by being part of the story. You'll collect paranormal evidence, hear histories of Charleston and then receive all recorded data from all ghost hunters in your investigation. This includes videos, audio, along with any visuals and screenshots used to verify paranormal captures. An Estes Method will also be performed during your investigation, a very interesting and new method of ghost hunting. When booking, please provide a texting phone number. All guests receive a text with meeting point and parking instructions on the morning of their investigation. This also allows guests to receive all the recorded data/evidence from their investigation (provided the following day).

Not a typical ghost "tour"....but an investigation1

This is not your typical "ghost story" tour. You will be using the same type of equipment that you see on paranormal investigation shows on TV and will receive a download of the data the next morning.

First of all, Nick is amazing! Each person in our group was given a device and shown how to use it! He remembered all 10 of our names!! Which is pretty impressive. The ghost hunting was exciting and historical. We can’t wait to do this again!

This tour should be listed as the #1 ghost story tour in Charleston! We participated in 6 evening tours over 3 nights. We enjoyed all of them, but Stories in the Cemetery was unlike any others. Due to last minute cancellations, my daughter and I were fortunate to be the only ones participating that evening. Nick is very passionate with with paranormal investigating. He does a great job explaining the equipment and what our duties are in running them. He explains the history of each area we are in and what signals are showing up. Even after the tour he spends a lot of time reviewing the data we accumulated and compiles a summary for us to review the following day. We will absolutely take this tour the next time we are in Charleston. Don't hesitate to book this tour with Nick!

Excellent Paranormal Tour

We took a tour with Nick last week and had a great time. Nick had an emergency that came up the night we were supposed to go and immediately offered us a refund or the chance to go the next night. We were flexible so we went the next night and joined a group that was nine people total. Nick was a great guide, very honest, down to earth and explained everything very well. All of his equipment is top notch, he takes the tours and subject matter seriously, does a ton of research and is very respectful, both of his guests, but also the places we stop and the people he tells us about. We had an "average" night in terms of activity but still had a great time. His follow up report the next morning was extremely detailed and shows how he goes above and beyond. If you are truly interested in the paranormal, do this tour.
