Overview

I offer great stories and good times! What makes this tour unique is that I can promise that you will be getting me, Adam Moore, as your tour guide. With some of the other larger tour companies you never know who your guide could be. When you book this tour you can be reassured that I will be your guide. This makes sure that you will be getting a licensed and engaging tour guide here in Charleston. In addition to that, most tours in Charleston will take out 20 people on a tour. I keep my tours smaller and max out at 14-15 people. By having smaller groups it allows my guests to have a more personalized and unique experience.

    Poogans Porch is Charleston's most haunted restaurant. It opened up in 1976 as a restaurant and that's when the ghost stories started coming.

    This beautiful cobblestone road is one of the oldest in the city. It was laid out in 1680 and it has a lot of dark history behind it. We talk about the various wars fought in Charleston, the enslavement of people, hurricanes, fires and floods...all of which have seem to have left some ghosts in the area.

    We stop by the oldest graveyard in the city to look at a ghost photo and talk about being buried alive in graves.

    We pass by here and then talk about pirates in Charleston.

    We do our final 2 ghost stories by the graveyard and cemetery of the historic St Philip's Church.

Adam was really knowledgeable and the tour was really fun! We had some real spooky encounters! Definitely recommend

Adam was very knowledgeable of the history of Charleston. We had a small group so it very personal and easy to hear him talk. He had plenty of pictures that went along with the ghost stories which made it more spooky. On our last night part of the tour, the lights kept turning on/off every time he said the ghosts name which was super spooky. 10/10 would recommend Adam is great at what he does!!

Adam's Dark History Ghost Tour was the first thing we did in Charleston and we definitely made the right call! Adam's tour was excellent and set a great tenor for the things we'd be seeing while in the city- his tour was fascinating and was able to answer our questions with great insight.
