Overview

Soar over the majestic Swiss Alps, the Lauterbrunnen U-Valley, and the Schilthorn with this 1.5-hour paragliding adventure. Together with an experienced pilot, experience the feeling of absolute weightlessness. Fly high into the sky for one of the most unique experiences of a lifetime.

Meeting points

Outside the Mürren Schilthornbahn Cablecar Station, you will see the Airtime Meeting Point flag to your left. Also, the end point of the tour is not the same on the meeting point. The tour will end on Paragliding Landing Field (Gleitschirm Landeplatz Stechelberg), next to Schilthornbahn Stechelberg.

We land by the Schilthornbahn Carpark. Here you can take the public bus back to Lauterbrunnen or walk the 45 mins along the valley back to Lauterbrunnen.

    After meeting our team in Mûrren, you will take a 10 minute uphill walk to our takeoff field, where your pilot will take you through your briefing... before you take flight! After soaring past the cliffs and waterfalls of the Lauterbrunnen valley and enjoying the views of the snow-capped Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, you land at the Stechelberg Schilthornbahn landing area.

It was my first time to paragliding and I got a perfect weather and location that I flew. My instructor was amazing too! He was friendly and nice also explained many things for me! It was a wonderful time! Thank you so much!!!

I did paragliding with Airtime on Tues., Oct. 1. The weather didn't look like it would cooperate. Just a light cool rain. We met where they ask you to meet. We walked up a paved path to get to the desired take off. It was steep towards the end. My knees got a little shaky, but I had 3 pilots assist me. They were very focused on safety & were fun & professional. Leo introduced himself & said he'd be my pilot. I really wanted to go but was a little nervous for the take off. Leo was great in calming me & off we went. I felt comfortable immediately. Leo was fun & kept checking to make sure I was comfortable & enjoying my flight. I loved every minute. Definitely the experience of a lifetime, except I think I may need to do this again! Great customer focused company & an amazing, fun pilot! Thanks Leo & Airtime Paragliding!

My pilot, Bruno, made the entire flight unforgettable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything before and during the flight, ensuring I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Bruno’s passion for paragliding and love for his roots truly shone through. Being a local, he pointed out the stunning landmarks and even spotted some wild goats, adding to the magic of the experience. His knowledge of the area and his genuine enthusiasm made the flight even more special.
