The bottom of the boat is made of glass, so you can see the tropical fish and corals under the sea without getting wet. *We might take you to an alternative facility if the ‘glass boat’ is suspended due to weather or sea conditions.

The highlight is the whale sharks and manta rays in one of the world's largest tanks! There are many other things to see, including cute dolphin shows; the Tropical Dream Center with many subtropical flowers (admission charged); Oceanic Culture Museum with a Planetarium ( admission charged); and a Native Okinawan Village, a reproduction of a village from the time of the Ryukyu Kingdom. Last summer (2021), sea turtles hatched some babies and manatees had baby boy too! Please stop by at the “Sea Turtle Pool ” and “Manatee Pool” respectively to see them! ※Okichan Theater/Dolphin show (Free, duration about 10 min) ※There are multiple restaurants in the Ocean Expo Park. Our tour guide (and our bus driver too!) were very lovely and helpful :) The tour included quite a lot of places to visit but we still had enough free time to check them all out. Great option, especially if you don't drive. Worth the money.

The communication with the tour company was excellent. They showed up on time and every stop was according to plan. We have ample time in the aquarium to explore which is the main attractions.

My boyfriend and I took a one-day tour at the beginning of April this year (2021) and we had the most wonderful experience. We had enough time to visit and enjoy each of the locations. Our guide Yumi-san was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to do the tour bilingually just for us, as we were the only non-Japanese (and her English was excellent too!) The audio guides were very thorough but in a simple language so it’s fun for those who wish to learn about the Okinawan culture and folklore. Even though we had an unexpected storm along the way, the entire day became a collection of beautiful memories and we’re happy we took the tour with extra time at the aquarium, because this allowed us to relish our time and visit as many facilities as we could (the set is huge and worthy of its popularity!) Time runs fast when its super fun, so we recommend having as much free time as you can get if you want to try different things, e.g. seeing dolphin shows or feeding them yourself! Larisa & Sam
