A large theme park dedicated to oil in the heart of Tuscany: this is SuprEvo! Come and discover a completely new, interactive, sensorial, immersive and multimedia museum suitable for all ages. Let yourself be taken on a real journey into the world of extra virgin olive oil from the plant to the table. Discover the ancient tools of the past and be amazed by the engaging interactive installations and the most modern processing technologies. Be inebriated by the aromas and taste of our extra virgin olive oils during the final tasting. Explore our shop full of local excellences, niche products, gastronomy and cosmetic specialties, all based on our extra virgin olive oil. Relax in our garden area among the Tuscan olive trees. We are waiting for you at the foot of the historic village of Monte San Savino, a stone's throw from the exit of the A1 motorway and the E78 highway which connects Arezzo-Siena-Grosseto. Convenient parking adjacent to the museum.

    Have you ever seen a short film about the world of oil in an immersive room with 360° projection? Have you ever admired an ancient stone mill from the 1800s? Have you ever taken a selfie with olives and giant oil bottles? Have you ever witnessed the entire life cycle of the olive tree in just a few minutes? Have you ever tasted excellent "pure" extra virgin olive oil? Can you recognize different aromas of fruit, vegetables and spices by smell? Have you ever seen a cute talking olive mascot? At SuprEvo you can do all this and much more! The museum offers a journey in ten stages of discovery, fun and emotion about the olive tree, its history, Tuscany, the family, the ancient processing tools, the technological innovations, the oil, the art and culture of this amazing product. Do Not Miss this Olive Oil Museum, Mill, and Tasting on your next trip to Tuscany!

Wow - this was a highlight of my trip. While visiting Tuscany I did a wine tasting, a cheese tasting, and an olive oil tasting at Suprevo. The best thing about this Olive Oil Museum is how it is interesting and educational for all ages. I would not miss a chance to come here and learn about olives, the Tuscan soil, the methods for cultivating olive oil and especially a view into the modern day mill and process. This was really a fun place to visit and I am so thankful I was able to learn so much in just a few hours. This truly is a great stop for any Tuscan vacation! Additionally, I learned about Andrea Roggi - a fantastic metal sculpture in Tuscany. WOW!

We had the most amazing time at the museum. They were very friendly and very kindly stayed open later to allow us to do the olive oil tasting. I would highly recommend this experience to small and large groups, it was a lot of fun as well as educational.

The tour was great! You can feel that these people just love their product. It was very informative and we had a passionate tour guide. She even spoke German as she noticed that we're Germans! Oli (the mascot) is cute, the olive oil was tasty, we are experts on the field now. 5 stars!
