Overview

The cruise is done at a relaxed pace, trying to avoid crowds with only 10 persons aboard the sailing boat. Boats are equipped with large shaded areas, hammocks and managed by a crew of two experienced/multilingual sailors who will be your guides in the best day of your vacation. Food served is plentiful, homemade and delicious. Open bar available. The cruise covers the inaccessible West part of Milos focusing in Kleftiko and Sykia, the most beautiful places in the island. In both places, we will have enough time to swim and relax and we will use our dinghy to visit the caves and take photos of these amazing landscapes. A day of sightseeing, swimming, exploring the majestic Kleftiko and its’ caves with our dinghy, entering the cave of Sykia, sunbathing or just relaxing on the hammock listening to music and having a drink under the boats shaded area this cruise will be the highlight of your Milos vacation.

Meeting points

Meeting point is in front of the Polco sailing boats, usually anchored across MENTOR CAFE at the port of Adamas. Look for the POLCO sailing flags flying high at the port.

Itinerary

  • Klima (Pass By)

    Klima was the first Capital of Milos and where the statue of Venus de Milo was discovered. While you take beautiful photos of the colourful fishing village, you can also learn some historical facts about the island, as a part of our guided tour.

  • Cape Vani (Pass By)

    As part of the guided tour of the bay of Adamas, we will pass the 19th-century iron and manganese mine. We will have the chance to take lovely photos as our multi-lingual guide will be telling us the story of this spectacular area. Weather permitting sometimes we take a quick swim here.

  • Kalogries Beach

    This is our first swim stop and lasts about 30minutes. We will swim and snorkel and have a light brunch.

  • Sikia Beach

    Our stop in Sikia lasts about 2 hours. We anchor in the protected bay to the south of the cave and we will have a first swim with masks and flippers provided. Then we will enter the cave of Sykia with our dinghy and explore the area. When we get back to the boat, delicious homemade snacks are going to be waiting for us accompanied by the traditional ouzo and fresh drinks.

  • Kleftiko Beach

    We will get the chance to swim with snorkelling gear provided by us, use our dinghy to visit Kleftiko caves and take photos, both above but also underwater, and finally we will have freshly cooked lunch and drinks

    Before getting back to Adamas port we will make a short 20-minute swim stop at the bay of Agios Dimitrios with a beautiful view of the Milos caldera, Plaka and Tripiti across the bay.

When only the best will do...

No wolds can describe this amazing experience discovering the secrets of Milos. Places like Kleftiko and Sikia are very unique, the south coast is perfect for real sailing with strong winds and perfect yacht like the Sun Odyssey 47 with only 12 person onboard and experience crews.

The team was excellent very helpful, nice spots for swimming. The food served was great and plenty of it. Very restful on the boat between swimming locations.

Staff was amazing! From the start, check in was easy. Yanis and Ponos was an excellent crew who took great care of us especially in high winds! Hammocks were a great addition to the trip. I would definitely recommend! We had one lady a bit sea sick and they took special care and check in with her frequently. Overall would definitely go again.

So fun! Absolutely worth it!

We loved this tour. It was so beautiful to be out on the Aegean Sea enjoying the sun, some music, some snorkelling, some fish sightings, some excellent food and drinks, some cliff climbing and then jumping, some swimming, meeting some exciting and like-minded people, some swaying in the hammock. I could just go on and on. They took us off the main boat and into dinghy’s to explore caves and jump off cliffs. So fun! Absolutely worth it!

This boat trip was absolutely the best day!!! We had a great crew ( Loannis and Panos) and they made everything perfect! The food they prepared thought our day was amazing and supplied endless beverages! The caves and places we stopped were gorgeous. I can't say enough about how special this day was!!! I would do this trip again without any doubt!!!
