    Discover the enchanting beauty of Melissani Lake, a stunning underground lake with crystal-clear waters and mesmerizing natural light. Explore this unique geological wonder by boat as you glide through the cave’s striking blue waters. Please note: the duration of your visit may vary depending on the number of visitors and the length of the queue

  • Myrtos Beach

    Enjoy a relaxing swim break at the famous Myrtos Beach, known for its stunning turquoise waters and white pebble shore. You will have between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours to soak up the sun and swim, depending on the available time after our visit to Melissani Lake. Important Notice: The swim break may be moved to another beach if weather conditions or other unforeseen restrictions make it unsafe or impossible to visit Myrtos.

  • Please note that the total driving time between our planned stops and visits is approximately 3 Hours. This ensures a smooth and comfortable travel experience, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenic route between each captivating destination.
  • Vessels at Lake Melissani are 12-man rowboats with rower. Passengers may experience crowds while boarding the boats during the high Season of July & August
  • The boat ride, spanning approximately 10-15 minutes, includes entry to the cave, the duration of which depends on the number of visitors in the queue
  • Visitors are not permitted to swim in the Lake, in order to preserve the natural environment and protect the site
  • Recommended Dress: Water Shoes, Swimsuit, Change of Clothes, Beach Towels, Sunscreen
  • Please be aware that the part for the tour, including swimming at Myrtos Beach, may be subject to change due to weather conditions or the opening and closure of the beach facilities. In the event of unfavorable weather or if the beach facilities are closed, we may modify or replace this part of the tour for your safety and comfort.

A Must see if in Sami

Beautiful cave with the most amazing water as this comes from the direct sunlight above. You enter following a queue that can be anything up to one and a half hours. Get there early to avoid this. We only queued for ten minutes. You get on a boat and you spend around 5 minutes with the rowing guide. It's all over before you know it but is a definite must while you are in Sami. If on the other side of the island I wouldn't bother for how long you are actually in the cave!

Fantastic and very well organised trip. Our tour guide Lucas and bus driver could not do enough for you and were amazing. Very interesting info on the way to the most beautiful Myrtos beach and breathtaking Mellisani lake

A perfect half day trip.

Everything was perfect, from being picked up from our hotel, first stop Myrtos Beach, really beautiful beach but if you don’t get there early you stand no chance of a sunbed or umbrella, there is no shade on the beach apart from a nice beach bar but not very big, I would advise you buy a parasol beforehand but also I would not take young children as sea quite rough and because it’s pebbles you struggle to get in and out of sea as it’s sloping. We then went to Mellisini lake absolutely beautiful then to caves. We had a lovely lady Tour Guide who gave us lots of interesting information as we drove.
