Take a day trip to Manukan, the second-largest island in Tunku Abdul Rahman Park (TARP). Just a boat ride away from Kota Kinabalu, it is known as one of the best snorkeling areas in the vicinity, with great stretches of shoreline on the southern coastline. Great tour with lots to see

We booked a guided snorkelling tour with Borneo Dream as I had read great reviews. They were easy to deal with and communication was prompt. Our group was very small, just my family of 3 plus 1 other. Our guide, Bas, was really friendly and knowledgeable. Without him we would have missed so much! We saw turtles, sharks and a lionfish among others. He knew the types of all the fish we saw. We dived where it was quiet, with no other boats around which I thought was great. Visibility was pretty good on our tour and at times it felt like I was in a giant fish tank. We had a leisurely lunch on an island and all 3 dives were not rushed and plenty of time. It was truly an amazing experience for me.

Trip was amazing to see the islands myself and my wife really enjoyed the activities, we did parasailing, jet ski and sea walking. We'll organised and guided tour.
