I feel very fortunate to have found Jai online when searching for a private tour guide. I arranged two consecutive days of touring with him around Ipoh and a transfer to Penang. Firstly, it was very easy to communicate with Jai via WhatsApp. He arrived promptly for our tours and was very friendly and accommodating. He has an amazing knowledge of the area and went above and beyond to give us the very best tour possible, picking up on what interested us the most and giving us authentic experiences that we hadn’t anticipated, making unforgettable memories for myself and my cousin. Fun! It was very nice to see the castle ruin with a unique story and the amazingly huge cavern, plus hillside cave temples with amazing sacred images, and a forward-thinking agarwood plantation. It was a very memorable day, and the driver and guide was very careful and polite.

The story behind the castle and the history of the cave temples were all very interesting. Our guide, Tom, was amazing and knowledgeable about Ipoh. He was also accommodating in what we wanted to see on the tour. He went above and beyond in making sure we had what we needed. He also brought us to local eateries for fabulous authentic local food. We highly recommend this tour and Tom to our friends.
