    Here you will see one of the final works by one of the most famous female sculptures of the modern era. You will have a tour of the Lady Chapel and with its famous stained-glass windows this will set the scene for learning about some amazing women, depicted in the windows that have had a long-lasting influence Liverpool’s history and development. Admission to the Cathedral by donation is included in the ticket price.

    Often called the "Harley Street of the North” your will hear about some of Rodney Street’s famous female residents.

Pam gave a fabulous tour; so much insight and the time went really quickly. Liverpool has some significant daughters, past and present, and through it's dynamic history.

I was looking forward to this walk with my sister. The reality was even better! Pam was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, engaged and interactive. We started in Liverpool Anglican Cathedral Lady Chapel with some beautiful stained glass windows dedicated to inspirational women from history (I was pleased to see Julina of Norwich represented). The tour went on to explain the lives and motivations of several philanthropic and outstanding women who shaped our city. This is a tour I would 100% recommend to my friends. Pam deserves a mention as an inspirational woman of the present. She obviously is passionate about her job, and inspired me to learn more about these women, especially Kitty Wilkinson and Josephine Butler.

It was a very apt day to do this tour on International Women's Day. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, Pam was so friendly and interesting and I learnt so much about many brave, strong and intelligent women. Without them, we would not have the lives we have today. Thank you to Pam for her fountain of knowledge and the lovely group of women also added to the enjoyment.
