The staff was friendly and professional. They offered coffee and pastries at the meeting point before the drive to the field. It was a very calm and clear morning, and the ride was safe and smooth. The views of the sunrise and surrounding areas were beautiful. Lovely experience.

Globo San Miguel was extremely organized with the pick-up, direction of how the morning was going to go and very communicative of the experience. My group had a great time taking in the sights of San Miguel. The only improvement I would say is that the drivers to and from the balloon were a bit fast in hitting the speed bumps :) All in all, my group loved their first time up in a hot air balloon and the company was very professional.

The inconvenience (unavoidable) of having to get up and out very early in the morning was more than offset by the professionalism of the operation and the impressiveness of the visages. From the coffee, juice and pastries waiting for us at our extremely comfortable check-in point, to the flawless execution of all logistics, to the friendliness of the staff (even at 5:00 am), everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
