Overview

Enjoy a fun-filled day of Hong Kong sightseeing with this one-day travel pass and tour combo that allows you to explore the city with ease. You’ll get one day of unlimited use on the MTR (Mass Transit Railway) and a round-trip ride on the Ngong Ping Cable Car standard cabin over Lantau Island. Plus, enjoy a walking tour a Big Buddha walking tour on Lantau Island, where you’ll see the island’s top sights like Tai O fishing village and, of course, the Big Buddha (also known as the Giant Buddha or Tian Tan Buddha). You also have a choice of upgrading to include the glass-bottomed crystal cabin of the Ngong Ping Cable Car.

  • Ngong Ping cable car operation subject to favorable weather conditions. If the cable car is not operating due to poor weather, you will be given the option of going on with the tour date or an alternative date

The combo worked well and represented value for money as we used the MTR a lot. The tickets for the cable car gave us access to the express lane which was a huge advantage as we heard of hour long queues but we only had to wait a few minutes. The instructions need to update. I waited for 30 minutes for the desk to open only to be told to go to a different desk to what the coupon instructed.
