So much in one day!

We had a great crew, our own Paparazzi, always someone who spoke English and Spanish amongst other languages. Saw whales, loved the beach and the waterfall. There are a Lot Of stairs. Lunch was real nice. Was 11 hours door to door for us.

Great full day excursion

Initial pickup was a bit worrisome, we were picked up from our hotel along with a few others from other hotels. We were driven out to the main road and then half of us were told to get off the shuttle and go to another bus on the road - no explanation given. When we got on the new bus we figured out this was the group doing whale watching. Not a big deal but it was weird. It was a long bus ride but we got to see lots of towns and landscape which was really nice to see. A part of the country we wouldn’t have seen without leaving the resort. We stopped along the way at a roadside shop for bathroom break - their were souvenirs and snacks available for purchase. Then we finished our ride to the boat. Our guide on the bus was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw a lot of whales. The we were taken to an island for lunch and some time on the beach. Lawn chairs were available as were cocktails and souvenirs. Then the long ride back and another stop at the souvenir shop.
