Overview

Most people know a theme park inspired by one famous mouse. But one dedicated to monkeys? At Monkeyland, a natural habitat located deep in the Dominican Republic’s jungle and home to squirrel monkeys. On this 5.5-hour guided tour where you'll also explore the habitat's on-site botanical garden, as well as a coffee and cacao plantation. Chat it up with local farmers, learn about their organic methods and taste tropical fruit just plucked from a tree. Hotel transport from Punta Cana and Bavaro is included.

So fun !

So much fun! Loved going through all the little towns and jungle. The monkeys were adorable but prepare to be peed or pooped on.

Absolutely fantastic trip and great value for money. The monkeys are adorable and you get to take some wonderful pictures with them. Our tour guide Eddy was also a great sport. Super funny guy. He gave us some really interesting fun facts about Dominican Republic on our coach ride to the adventure park. The driver Frandy was also a cool guy who too. I would definitely recommend that this. 10/10

Definitely a tourist stop where you just feel you are being moved along for the next large group. That being said the monkey experience was amazing. My 15 year old and 3 year old absolutely loved it!

Tour guide Carlos was amazing as well as those that led us into the monkey sanctuary! It was also really cool to see how the locals made their own cocoa and coffee from indigenous plants and allowing us to buy some to take home.

One of the highlights of our trip to Punta Cana. Guides were so amazing and super fun. The monkeys were so soft and friendly. Photos were fairly cheap compared to other excursions- $40 for digital copies of all of them. The hot chocolate and coffee tasting is so great!
