Discover two of Borneo's iconic primates, orangutans and long-nosed proboscis monkeys, on this day-trip from Sandakan, also available as a longer 1-day tour from Kota Kinabalu. Visit the Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary and the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Center, and witness these amazing creatures being fed. If traveling from Kota Kinabalu, you'll need to arrange your own flights.

Sandakan Rainforest Discovery Centre (RDC)
The facility provides medical care for orphaned and conficicated orangutans as well as dozens of other wildlife species. Some of the other animals which have been treated at the center includes sun bear , gibbons, Sumatran rhinos and elephants.
