  • Mae Klong Railway Market (Hoop Rom Market)

    Enjoy your private day trip, start from your hotel in Bangkok at 07.00 a.m. Private transfer by a/c vehicle to Samut Songkram province. Visit the famous Maeklong railway market, where you can view the train passing over the market on the train track. Explore the local market with your tour guide. Taste some Thai desserts and fruits at the market.

    Drive to the pier and on board your private boat for the canal tour (about 30 mins). The boat will bring you to Damnoensaduak Floating market, the first floating market in Thailand in which the villagers sell their fruits and foods on their paddle boat.

    After your private canal tour, visit Damnoensaduak Floating market (about 30 mins), the first floating market in Thailand in which the villagers sell their fruits and foods on their paddle boat.

    Continue driving about 2 hours to Kanchanaburi province. Have an optional lunch at the local restaurant. Then visit Bridge over the river kwai and learn the history and tragedy about the bridge which related to WW2. The bridge over the river kwai famous from the movie of the same name.

  • Thailand-Burma Railway Centre

    Drive about 1 hour to visit “Krasae Buddha Cave which used to be a rest area of the prisoner of war during WW2. And on board the train, experience the train ride along the former Death railway over the river kwai (about 30 minutes). Return to your hotel in Bangkok with your tour guide. Arrive hotel around 19.30 p.m.

A magical markets journey

Army is a very knowledgeable tour guide that understands and speaks English real well. Our driver Vee was amazing, getting us to places planned and pickup as smooth as one can be. Army helped us see a different dimension of the market and I would recommend those two to anyone looking for a tour in Bangkok

We had a fantastic day with our tour guide Gwen and driver O. The whole day was well organized, well timed, and ran perfectly smooth! Gwen did a great job showing us the sites and describing the history of what we were seeing, and even provided some street food tastings and recommendations along the way! O’s car was clean and comfortable, and he even tidied up while we were at stops sightseeing. Couldn’t have asked for a better day!
