Relaxing and educational day

Jason (JJ) was a great guide for the day. He has a good sense of humor and is an efficient driver. He provided a lot of good information about local customs. Seeing Lady Knox Geyser erupt was really cool. The thermal pools in the park were fascinating and like nothing we can see in Ohio (where we are from). The Polynesian Spa was so relaxing, and it was fun to try the different pools. Very peaceful area, perfect way to spend the last day in New Zealand. Made friends in the can along the way. A great day!

Beautiful sites, great host driver

Jason (JJ) was a great driver and guide. He shared lots of helpful info about the area and customs, and has a good sense of humor. He even provided snacks. The van has USB ports which is useful for charging your phone. Seeing the geyser was really cool, and the other geothermal areas. My mom and I loved relaxing at the Polynesian Spa thermal pools. Could float around all day! There wasn't a formal lunch stop, so be ready to get a sandwich or something else quick at one of your stops.

It was a perfect day! The pick-up was on time, and our driver, Jason, was excellent. He was very helpful, knowledgeable about New Zealand, and extremely polite and friendly. He even took us to additional sightseeing spots beyond the program. The nature was incredible, and the spa was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this tour!
