This was my first trip to Lyon, and I thought Margaret Rose's class would be a great introduction to the wines of Beaujolais and the Rhone as well as Lyon itself. And it was! She's an excellent advocate and instructor of how to fully appreciate and taste wine -- and the accompanying charcuterie was delicious. It was a very fun, informative afternoon in a dynamic area of Lyon. Highly recommended!!
