Itinerary

  • Lokrum Island (Pass By)

    Island Lokrum, we will visit the biggest of Dubrovnik caves, called the Pidgeon’s cave. Secluded, on the outer side of the island, its entrance is surrounded by steep rocks and Mediterranean greenery protruding from the rocks. You can imagine its genesis, how the huge and strong waves hitting the rocks for thousands of years have shaped this natural wonder.

  • Lovrjenac Fortress (Pass By)

    Fort Lovrjenac often called "Dubrovnik's Gibraltar", is a fortress and theater outside the western wall of the city of Dubrovnik in Croatia, 37 metres (121 ft) above sea level.[1] Famous for its plays and importance in resisting Venetian rule, it overshadows the two entrances to the city, from the sea, and by land. Early in the 11th century, the Venetians attempted to build a fort on the same spot where Fort Lovrijenac currently stands. If they had succeeded, they would have kept Dubrovnik under their power, but the people of the city beat them to it. The "Chronicles of Ragusa" reveal how the fort was built within just three months and from then on constantly reconstructed. When the Venetian ships arrived, full of materials for the construction of the fort, they were told to return to Venice.

  • Dubrovnik City Walls (Pass By)

    The Walls of Dubrovnik are a series of defensive stone walls surrounding the city of Dubrovnik. Ramparts were built in the outlying areas of the city, including the mountain slopes as part of a set of statues from 1272. The existing city walls were constructed mainly during the 13th–17th centuries. The walls run an uninterrupted course of approximately 1,940 metres (6,360 ft) in length, encircling most of the old city, and reach a maximum height of about 25 metres (82 ft)

    The Villa Sheherezade is situated in an exclusive location at the heart of Dubrovnik. Originally constructed in 1929 by the affluent Russian Jew, Vilim Zimdin, in honor of his mysterious mistress named Sheherezade, after whom the villa continues to be named.

    As early as in the 14th century, following the rise of contagious disease epidemics, the Dubrovnik government decided to build the first quarantines for isolating travellers and examining goods intended for distribution, and in 1590, construction of Lazareti in Ploče began and lasted until 1642.

Sunset Cruise was the BEST with Orsat!

Wonderful sunset cruise with Orsat one hour last night in Dubrovnik. He was born inside the old city and loves telling stories about growing up and his family. We learned about Lokrum Island and we went into a cave with bats and saw the most beautiful coastline from the sea. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend everyone take this cruise with Orsat! We wish him all the best in his maritime studies at university.

So gorgeous and definitely worth adding this experience to your trip! Orsat was our tour guide and did a wonderful job accommodating us. He served us water, drinks, and even let us connect to the Bluetooth and play our music!! The views are just breathtaking. Would recommend it to anyone. If you’re even considering just book it!! It’s so worth it.

This was absolutely amazing! The whole tour was incredible. The views were breathtaking for the entire tour. Not only was the tour itself great, but our guide was the best (which is truly the key to the best tours). Our tour guide, Orsat, was very friendly and very pleasant. He was extremely thoughtful and polite. Overall, I would highly recommend!
