You will ride our new comfortable Dutch-style bikes through the new cycle city lanes to get to know the always-warm city of Las Palmas, where you will feel at home. Thanks to this experience, you will get a deeper vision of the city so we recommend you do it at the beginning of your holiday! f you are Bike-Friendly, have no doubt to discover the city by bike with local people with the intention of explaining to you the stories that our ancestors told us and thereby transferring you back to the origins of this modern, cosmopolitan and cheerful city of Las Palmas, thanks to what is considered the best climate in the world. We want to make you feel at home, therefore, you will get all the necessary information to enjoy your stay much better.

Meeting points

You must enter the parking lot and turn left to find the red bicycles parked next to a white van. The cost of parking is €2.5 per day. It is located just 5 minutes from the Santa Catalina Port and 5 minutes from the Mercado del Puerto, using the Onda Atlántica footbridge on Pérez Muñoz street.

    Discover the most historic neighborhood in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ride a bike through its narrow streets, and listen to some funny stories about our open-minded people, full of different influences, that transfer you to past times.

    Take a photo in the first Cathedral of the Canary Islands and meet the Canarian dogs, the Symbol of the island

  • Mercado de Vegueta

    we will leave the bikes behind and go by walk to explore the Vegueta Market, where you will taste some of our delicious tropical fruits as well as the Agaete coffee, the only coffee is grown in Europe (during the afternoon, the market is closed).

  • Calle Triana

    You will also locate the best bars and restaurants in the Triana neighborhood, the most beautiful place in Las Palmas city, full of pedestrian streets and local people.

Bike ride in Las Palmas with Jose

We had our bike tour today with Jose. It was a brilliant experience and he was a wonderful guy. Lots of information, lots of fun and made us all feel very safe. I would highly recommend this tour with Jose!!

A well organised and interesting tour of the city. A fabulous, knowledgeable guide who was very clearly passionate about his island, its culture and its history. Very well shared and verbal feedback given throughout the 4 hour tour. Some great little stops on the way meeting some local people and through that really providing a great engagement opportunity. Your is also 99.5% on the flat so although we do cycle lots if you don’t the route is easily navigated. Great tour - thoroughly recommended a great host

This is a great way to see and learn about Las Palmas. Josie was a fabulous host, well humoured, informative and super friendly. The bikes were great and easy to ride and the tour easy to follow. English speaking was good. Highly recommended

Had an amazing guided tour with Jose, including 2 tapas tastings. He gave us a fantastic tour including lots of information on the history and explanations of the different districts in his city.
