AM Pick-up Instructions Pick-up Point: Ensure that you provided the correct name and address for your pick-up point when making the booking. If you forgot to include this information, send it to us as soon as possible so we can assign your pick-up time. In areas with heavy traffic, especially in the capital, we may propose a nearby pickup point to the hotel to improve accessibility and punctuality. Pick-up Time Confirmation: The day before the activity, we will contact you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm your exact pick-up time. Changes or Delays: If you need to change your pick-up point or are delayed, call us at (+34) 611 518 815 Communication Limitations: If you will not be reachable on the activity day, inform us in advance via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone call. ⏳ Be Ready: Arrive at your pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled time, visible and prepared. ⏱️ Timing Variation: Pick-up may be delayed by up to 20 minutes due to traffic or other circumstances.
