  • Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa

    Pick up from your hotel in Giza at 7:00 and transfer to Alexandria pearl of the Mediterranean Sea. Visit Kom el Shoqafa, Tomb to a Roman burial site. This tomb reveals joint Egyptian and Roman architecture where you can descend down to visit the tomb and Caracalla Hall.

    You will then be taken to Pompey's Pillar that was built to honor Emperor Diocletian, who freed the city and fed its starving people.

  • Ancient Roman Amphitheater

    The next site your guide will show you is the Roman amphitheatre that is one of the best preserved Roman site in Egypt. The site also includes the remains of a Roman street and homes.

Hosni & Ehab are the best!

Took a private car trip with my wife from Cairo to Alexandria for the day. The team of Hosni (guide) & Ehab (driver) did an excellent job getting us to Alexandria smoothly and quickly. We saw all the best sights, skipped the lines, had an amazing fish lunch, and got back on time. Hosni even arranged a few extra bonus stops to suit our individual needs. Highly recommend!!!!!

Cairo to Alexandria made for a great day trip! My driver was timely, the guide (hi Hosni!) was super knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt safe & entertained the entire time. Hosni took me through the catacombs, the pillar, the library, and the Roman amphitheater. He also gave a helpful overview of Egyptian history and politics, informing everything we saw on the drive to/from Alexandria. A long day, but absolutely with it.

We had a private day trip from Cairo to Alexandria. Our tour guide was Zanaty Mohy. We fully enjoyed the day trip. He took us to the places of great historical significance. He explained everything thing in details. We found him knowledgeable, humble and having a good sense of humour. We had a memorable day trip. We will highly recommend Zanaty Mohamed as a tour guide for any such trip.

My wife and I drove up to Alexandria from Cairo with our good tour guide (Zanaty Mohamed) nick name Zizou and safe driver Ehab. We visited the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa (they were amazing and fascinating to visit), the Alexandria museum (also a great place to see with in-house guide), fort Qaitbey, the serapeum and Pompey’s Pillar, the Roman amphitheatre and a couple of other things. All are within a close distance and with Zizou’s educated and well presented guidance through the sites it was a great day out seeing the highlights of Alexandria. I had my first paddle in the Mediterranean Sea there. Although I would only recommend 1-2 days there. Thanks again Zizou for your professional and friendly company Neil and Kathy
