  • Cascadas Magicas de Copalitilla

    One of the experiences that one cannot miss when coming to Huatulco is to visit the Magic Waterfalls of Copalitilla, in this activity we go aboard an air-conditioned vehicle to the mountains about 1:40 hours to reach San Miguel del Puerto, where we will start hiking through the jungle to reach the spectacular waterfalls and crystal clear water pools where we can swim and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Finally, we will enjoy a typical meal of the region, including buttery rice, handmade tortillas, black beans from the pot and other delicacies.

Amazing experience! Long drive but worth it!

A must experience. Extra cost: $200 pesos entrance, $100 lunch, $10 city entrance, bring extra pesos for tip and shopping. Bring water shoes. Gets slippery. Waterproof case for cellphones.

A magical day at the Cascades

Fabulous trip with guide Oscar Velasquez- better than expected. He shared so much knowledge about the flora , fauna, geography and history of the Huatulco area. Children -aged 9,11, 12 and 14 especially enjoyed the rope swings.

The waterfall experience was the best! I never thought, not only would I see waterfalls, but get to climb up on then, go under them and jump off them.

We just came back from an amazing time in Huatulco. We used Ocean Travel for multiple services and throughout the entire experience the service was nothing but excellent My initial communication was with Pablo who answered all my questions and provided great recommendations. He made booking so easy so that all we had to do was arrive and enjoy Huatulco Our airport transfer going and coming was perfect. We had a baby which they were very accommodating and provided a baby seat, upon request. We were greeted at the airport exit with cold waters and cool vans to make our way to our accommodations. We visited the cascadas mágicas de Copalita which were amazing. Our tour guide Omar provided us so much in depth knowledge as we made our way to the cascadas and also as we made our way to the main waterfalls. Once there he helped us, as we had some folks who weren’t as comfortable in water, but he helped make the best of their experience as well. The food at the end was amazing and so filling. Our other tour was the Mezcaleria, in which we had Victor as our guide. He too shared different insights into the area and made sure we were enjoying the tour with the local on-site guide Emiliano. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed every minute of it, with again amazing food at the end. We highly recommend booking with Ocean Travel. We know we’ll definitely use them again when we visit Huatulco and will recommend them to family & friends.
