Itinerary

Come and cook with us! We'll show you how to turn a simple egg and a handful of flour into perfect pasta using only your hands. Special and inevitable ingredients for us: fresh ingredients, love and passion for good food. You will know the dish and the history of the most famous dish of Italian cuisine, and all the forms in which it can be presented. In the heart of the center of Rome in one of our restaurants, we will guide you step by step teaching the simplest and oldest technique of one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, which you can then repeat when you return home! Come and spend a day with us, meet other people, have fun, make new friends and enjoy a dish and dessert entirely made by you and accompanied by a magnificent glass of wine. You will have included: -Cooking class - Sauce of your choice for the pasta - 1 glass of wine of your choice between white or red, or alternatively a soft drink - 1 limoncello at the end of the meal - Necessary equipment for the course - Award certificate *Sauces are not included *Tiramisù gets cooked all together *Pastas get cooked all together, divided by sauce *KIDS who don't have the minimum age (7yo) MUST follow the class together with one the parents

It was an amazing experience, everything was so great ,we had a such great time. Food was so delicious and the chef is amazing and down to earth, so friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

We went with our 10 and 12 year old kids and it was perfect. Ricardo was awesome and great with the kids. Was a really fun and different thing to do. We will definitely make pasta at home. The food was really good too.

Super entertaining cooking class, food was delicious. Ricardo and his sue chef were great, patient and helpful in making sure our pasta making abilities were top notch.
