A truly authentic experience

Peter & his team made the tour a great and insightful experience. It was not like any other tourist attraction, but much more authentic and personal. You learn about the history of South Africa and the structural after effects that are still evident today. You also have the opportunity to have an authentic conversation with people from the townships. All in all, a highly recommended experience.

This tour was the most authentic tour ever. The guys were extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. I felt totally safe in their care. You will not regret this tour if you are a truth seeker.

The highlight of our South African holiday

This tour was the richest experience of our South African holiday. We toured townships in Cape Town, including a small local museum describing the liberation struggle from a very local perspective. Had lunch at a cafe in Khayelitsha. Invited to take a walking tour through one of the neighbourhoods. The tour offered us a safe way to at least touch on this fascinating, impoverished but vigorous local community, not as spectators perched up in busses but with local guides who give back to the community.

Thank you for the wholesome day! I'm student in architecture, and I needed to explore the informal settlements of khayelitsha for my research paper about service delivery (water, sanitation and electricity) in the cape flats. Sibu was very helpful, showed me around lots of different neighborhoods and let me do short interviews and pictures. Thank you once again!
