Manu is very knowledgeable, passionate about Burgundy and its wines, friendly and warm with a great sense of humour. He had strong relationships with the people we met along the visits and accordingly was able to cater our experience to our taste accordingly. Everything was great. Emmanuel was passionate about Burgundy wines and was exceedingly knowledgeable. We couldn’t have had a better guide. We tasted “a few” bonus wines, and had a very nice lunch at a local restaurant Emmanuel recommended. I had the local egg dish and it was very tasty. I highly recommend this trip for wine drinkers. You will learn and remember a great deal about the wines of the region.
