Maison Veuve Ambal opens its doors to visitors all year round in order to share its passion for cremant de Bourgogne (sparkling wines). A guided tour will introduce you to all the secrets of the Maison. Note that our production lines are not operating on week end and bank holyday.

Children and adults alike will be fascinated by the tour of the ageing cellars, workshops, robots and automatons that use "the traditional method". The tour through the heart of the company is enlivened by projections on giant screens. Your visit will end with a personalised and commented sampling of 3 Crémants de Bourgogne in the friendly atmosphere of the Veuve Ambal shop. Note that our production lines are not operating on week end and bank holyday.

A must if in Beaune

We visited the vinery yesterday and had a great time. The tour was very informative and really interesting to see the different parts of the wine process. After the tour we went back to the shop where the tasting took place. The tasting was a great experience and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend going there

The tour is self driven with headphones so the tour can be as short or long as you like. usually takes 1hr. Great value for money.

Informative visit and a great experience. The process and history was very well described and the staff was super friendly and spoke excellent English. -Really impressed by their knowledge and it was appreciated that they took the time to talk, explain and share their all they know.

Visited with a 6 and 9 year old. The guides kept them interested around the experience even though the machines were not working due to staff holidays. Fascinating to see it all. Great tasting at the end. The gentleman greeting us and doing the tasting (I didn't get his name) was brilliant from start to finish. Impeccable English and he was so lovely with our two boys. They enjoyed their own tasting of Grape and Peach juices in the same glasses, he made them feel included in the whole experience. Definitely one to visit if you're in the area.

Inspiring and inspirational visit in the Burgund-world-of-bubbles. Cremant de Bourgogne is to me a very nice bottle of sparkling wine - and here an excellent and informative presentation of the "story behind the bottle" Great place.
