You will get the chance to see some rare species of animals including the orangutan. Besides the beauty of the jungle, we offer some extreme fun as well by tubing the river as the final part of your jungle trek. Amazing trip - 100% worth it - don’t go to Sumatra and miss this. We saw orangutans already on the first day, 5 of them and then on the 2nd day we saw several black gibbons. We heard them and they then started to come closer so our guide brought us closer to them. Our tour guide was Slamat and with his team, he made us feel so comfortable, such a lovely team, they did not know what to make to make us happy. The rafting at the end of the trip is a great experience with breathtaking views of the jungle.

Amazing experience in the wilderness. Chi Chi was a very helpful guide- he even lent me his spare trousers when mine ripped during the trek. Food and fresh fruit was amazing. We saw over 15 orangutans including mums and babies, as well as gibbons and many types of monkeys. Would recommend to anyone looking for an adventure!

Best camping experience ever

We were picked up from our hotel in Medan at 7am and began our hike around 10ish, took a snack break at around 12pm and had lunch at 2 or 3 pm. This was our preference as we wanted to wait until we got to the river to eat lunch. From the start, we were thrilled to spot numerous monkeys, including gibbons, pig-tailed macaques, long-tailed macaques, Thomas's leaf monkeys, and orangutans! The hike was truly spectacular, but I would rate it as moderately challenging due to the many steep uphill and downhill sections. Upon arriving at our campsite, we were treated to freshly prepared and delicious meals, just as the previous reviews had promised. Our tour guide, Kiting, and chef, Suria, showed exceptional hospitality and were amazing individuals who made our experience even more enjoyable. There is a lack of pictures because we were way too busy enjoying the moment.

This tour was a lifetime experience. From the moment we were picked up by our tour guide Mershy till the moment we finished, him and the rest of the team made our journey really enjoyable. The views were breathtaking and we were lucky enough to see different type of animals including a female and male orangutan and also a baby, amazing!!! I'd definitely recommend this tour to everybody!!!

This is an experience that I will cherish forever with my friends because of our amazing guides Mershy and Yusuf who made sure we were safe (most importantly) throughout the whole trek and brought to us places where we could witness an actual Orangutan and other animals as well. Special thanks to Samsul who made sure we were fed properly in the camp and who kept impressing us with his Indo dishes even with his limited supply.
