Overview

Explore the Best of Bangkok on a private tour that explores the highlights and gives you a glimpse at the local life. Visit hidden gems, food havens and Buddhist temples by Tuk Tuk, boat and your two fee. Ending at a local cafe for a refreshing drink.   • Temple of the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit)

    Experience Bangkok's many contrasts on a private tour that starts with a hidden gem for a picture perfect view over the Wat Traimit. See the immense 5.5-ton Buddha statue made from gold, and explore the temple's surroundings.

  • Chinatown - Bangkok

    Then, go to Chinatown to immerse yourself in one of the city's food havens, day and night. Stroll among the stalls, restaurants, gold shops and Chinese temples before taking a local bus.

  • Pak Khlong Talat (Flower Market)

    Mix with the locals as they buy flowers to use as offerings in the temple.

  • Wat Phra Chetuphon

    Follow your guide goes to the beautiful Buddhist temple complex of Wat Pho and admire the 5.5 ton reclining Buddha statue made out from gold before a lunch of typical Thai food.

    Next, travel by tuk tuk and experience the city from a different perspective. Climb the man made hill to the Golden Mount to see the golden chedi (Buddhist stupa) at the top. Get a 360-degree panoramic view of Bangkok as you soak up the serene atmosphere.

We got lots of local insights and history - including dining at local cafe and tours across China Town, Flower Market and temples. Our guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. His English was very good. We saw gorgeous temples and fascinating street life and markets and canals. Lunch was delicious Thai food! He took very good care of us, and made sure we did not miss our bus back to the cruise ship. Big thumbs up!
