Itinerary

  • Platja del Postiguet

    We will start with our yoga class on the beach. The practice will take place in the sand, combining the benefits of yoga with direct contact with the earth, grounding. Classes are open to all levels from gentle, restorative and more vigorous vinyasa flow and ashtanga styles. Class style and levels will be determined and molded to suit the needs of the students. As we will focus on a small class the students will be able to get personalized attention.

    After the yoga class, we will take a short historical city walk We will explore the landmark focus on local tradition and history

  • Alicante

    After the yoga class, we will take a short historical city walk finishing with a healthy brunch or aperitive. We will taste fresh local products in a cozy and charming cafeteria in the center of Alicante.
