Amazing clean airport lounge

Wonderful spacious facility. Love the hot made to order noodle soup. Great selections of food, pastry and drinks. There is full shower bathroom available and it is super clean.

Great lounge with nice food, drinks and welcoming staff. It was a great place to wait for our flight. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Lounge option in Bangkok airport

This is a fabulous option after having checked out of the hotel but still had a full day's exploring to do. Shower facilities most refreshing and food and drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend it.

Customer service, needs one person to be retrained

I arrived two hours before my flight, reception were good, checking my ID, etc. I settled in but WiFi was a bit difficult, no problem reception sorted it quickly. Food and drinks are good, could be kept warmer, just hot water in the heating pan, no direct heat. But good and kept refreshed. I went to get some of the curry, as I was helping myself, this member of staff came up beside me and moved a spoon on the serving plate next to me and told me only to use one. I was only using one. I told him not to be so rude. My only complaint. I liked the lounge.
