Immerse yourself in a two-hour adventure with an expert chef, who will guide you step by step in preparing pizza, revealing the secrets to creating an authentic Neapolitan dough. After receiving your tools and apron and getting your hands in the dough, a delicious appetizer made from local ingredients awaits you, tantalizing your appetite. You will discover every single ingredient that makes the perfect pizza, from San Marzano tomatoes to buffalo mozzarella, and extra virgin olive oil. With the help of our chef, you will craft your own personal Margherita pizza, a true expression of genuine flavors and love for cooking - and then you’ll get to eat it! To commemorate this extraordinary experience in Naples, you will receive a personalized diploma, a tangible souvenir of your journey into the world of Italian cuisine.

We are located five minutes walk from the DUOMO subway station. The Naplesbay laboratory is located in via delle Zite 30 Naples, located in the ancient historic center of Naples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A place of immense historical and cultural value.

Itinerary

We are in our laboratory in via delle Zite 30, located in the ancient historical center of Naples. You will be pizza chefs for 2 hours with our pizza chef! You will have a detailed lesson from A to Z while having fun together. As a first step I will teach you how to make the dough for Neapolitan pizza. You will have the most important skills to make the perfect dough. Each couple will make a dough with the recipe for 2 people. You will have the perfect recipe to use at home. Then we will try the products used to make the pizza. You will have a detailed explanation of the products of our land. You will taste a typical Neapolitan appetizer. Afterwards I will show you the oldest way to divide the dough balls. Called "mopping" I will explain the ingredients to make the pizza margherita. You will take your dough, you will roll it out like a real pizza chef, you will add the ingredients and finally with the help of the baker you will place the pizza on the Pala. Finally you will eat your pizza while I tell you the history of Neapolitan pizza with a good alcoholic drink included. Finally you will also have the pizza chef diploma with your names. A perfect memory for this experience.

Fun Learning Experience!

Super fun and relaxed experience. Tony is entertaining and made the class fun for all. Many of us came alone but the experience immediately made us feel like family. I highly recommend this class. I will be bringing my family back to enjoy this experience this summer! ( Kids are welcome!)
