We'll enjoy over 8 tastings and visit more than 6 food stops. This 3-hour food tour includes alcohol, but non-alcoholic alternatives are available upon request. Highlights: 1. The tour guide Isobel was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was good, it was like being taken out by a local friend. Had a lovely foodie time. Good value for money and highly recommended.

What a fantastic experience! Isabell provided one of the most memorable adventures! Starting the tour in the central market provided a foundation of tasting fresh fruits, vegetables and delicious pastries! We wandered through the town, listening to stories around the culture and meeting friends and shop owners of Isabell’s. The food and wine stops were diverse, delicious and helped tell the story of the town. Each stop was unique and tied the whole experience together. Outstanding!

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our tour with Isabel in Portimão! Her knowledge went far beyond the incredible variety of food options; she brought the local history and culture to life, adding great stories to each stop. We felt so lucky to visit a range of authentic, traditional Portuguese food spots, each one offering a unique taste of the region. And every bite was delicious! Isabel was warm, welcoming and a joy to talk to, making us feel like we were exploring with an old friend. Her passion for sharing the best of Portimão truly made the experience unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the real flavours and history of Portugal — you won’t regret it!

An exceptional tour!

This tour was exceptional, Isabel was very attentive and enthusiastic about introducing us to Portuguese food and traditions. We did everything to touring the local food market and tasting local produce, to visiting a local snack bar, a family run Portuguese restaurant and tea shop. Isabel detailed what & when certain foods are eaten by way of holidays and celebrations. It was extremely interesting and well worth booking.

This a fabulous tour. Isabel was a fantastic food guide and took us to wonderful places to try authentic Portuguese food. The tour of the market was very interesting as we learned about the local fish and tasted delicious baked goods. I highly recommend Isabel if you want to learn about and taste Portuguese food.
