Diego and Marcelo were our tour leaders. They took us on an amazing boat tour of the caves in Algarve. It was beautiful and well-priced. Thanks guys.

We went on the rib with Diogo and Lorenzo who were absolutely amazing tour guides, very engaging and made the trip so much fun! We went through the caves and got to explore so much of the culture with the fishermen and the interactions between the guides and locals was just so incredible to see. Due to the season, we were unable to see the dolphins but regardless, I had the most amazing time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a boat tour!

my wife and I took the caves tour by Rib yesterday (Tue 22/10). We were picked up from.our hotel and delivered to Portimao marina. Our captain (Lorenzo) and tour guide (Diego, sorry not 100% sure on this name) brought us on a fun 2hr tour of all the caves and had a bit of fun along the way. We also got up and close with a pod of bottlenose dolphins. Great tour, good fun. well worth the money. Thanks guys!!

There were quite a few vendors to choose from when booking a boat trip in the Algarve, though eventually spoke with Catarina at the Ophelia Catamaran Cruises stand in Alvor. She was great! A very personable, kind and patient person, especially when it came to answering the many questions that I had. I originally planned on booking a boat trip for my family, though we were unable to go, as our two children (ages 3 & 9 were too tired). I therefore booked a solo trip a few days later. I was collected from Tivoli Alvor (All- Inclusive Resort) and together with 11 other passengers from various locations (inc. Lagos); went on the "Discovering Dolphins + Benagil Caves" trip which was AM-AZ-ING!!! Our tour guide Deogo was multilingual, providing explanations in various languages, though mainly English & French. He was extremely knowledgeable, but also very funny. Our skipper- Lorenzo navigated us safely through the waters. Both were outstanding!! We went to from Portimão and travelled along the coastline, taking in the sights, and learning a lot about the history of various places and landmarks, before going far out into the Atlantic Ocean to search for dolphins, which we eventually found and watched. Such a beautiful sight! Simply breathtaking!! Later, we travelled back towards the shore to explore the Caves which were so beautiful. I could go on for ages about how great the trip was, but will instead thank Catarina, Deogo and Lorenzo once again for providing such a fantastic experience. I will certainly aim to book another trip with them again when I next travel to the Algarve and would highly recommend for others to do the same.

Fantastic day out. The crew are friendly, fun and extremely professional. The day was very well organised from start to finish. It was calm and relaxed and the crew members worked well as a team. Very skilled boat handling in the caves allowing you to go fully inside and have a good look around. Lots going on, stunning scenery and superb BBQ making the day good value. They were very good, engaging with the children and encouraging them to steer the boat. I would highly recommend.
