    Dear guests, Our guide will transfer you to the Zoo & You will freely visit the Arctic wild Ranua Zoo on your own and experience the arctic nature deeply including chances to see those Arctic wild animals! Ranua Zoo was opened in 1983, about 50 different species and over 150 individuals together. Most representative animals are polar bear, Arctic fox, moose, snow owl and so much more to be discovered by yourself Besides, Fazer Chocolate Shop is one of the highlights there as it offers the best prices in Rovaniemi. Lunch will be inside the Zoo restaurant. Welcome! Tervetuloa!

Day at the Zoo

Giuseppe Lupis was an amazing tour guide! We were able to explore the zoo without any stress. He was very informative and extremely kind. We even paused to get a few pics of the beautiful sky on the way back from the zoo. He went above and beyond anyone that gets him as a tour guide would be very lucky

I had an amazing time on the tour to Rauna Zoo! The experience was really enjoyable from start to finish. We had the opportunity to see a variety of animals, including a magnificent polar bear, which was definitely one of the highlights of the day. Our guide, David, was fantastic – knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience even better. The tour also included a lovely lunch buffet, which offered plenty of delicious options. Another huge plus was the convenient pick-up service directly from our flat, making it easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to enjoy nature and wildlife while being well taken care of!

Amazing day, David was lovely and very attentive taking pictures of us. The drive was good nice spacious car. Zoo amazing- saw pretty much everything and it’s like walking through a forest. Food was very good and all you can eat. Only thing we didn’t get is the chocolates as a welcome gift that was advertised but didn’t spoil a lovely day. Well worth the money and would definitely book again.

The guide was very helpfull and kindness. We got some lucky and saw all the animais, especialy the pollar bear. The lunch was very delicious.

It was a lovely day. William was absolutely amazing and professional. He ensured we were given enough time to see every section of the zoo and time to eat and relax. The buffet lunch was fine but it can get very busy. Strongly recommend and many thanks to William!
