Overview

Many can visit Venice as tourists, but only a few can say they have experienced it like the Venetians. I, Pierangelo, born and raised in this city, great traveller, lover of the sea, water sports, nature, good food and good wine, will take you to admire the Venice Lagoon full of suggestions given by the vision of lagoon landscapes unique. The scents, the colors, the silences, the lapping of the water and the singing of the birds will frame our journey. With a maximum of 4 people with my ancient wooden boat propelled by a small engine, I will accompany you to admire from an unprecedented point of view the famous architectural masterpieces of the city such as: Palazzo Ducale, Piazza S .Marco, Punta della dogana, the Island of S. Giorgio, the Island of Giudecca, the Arsenale of Venice and the original mosaic of islands such as Murano, Burano, Torcello, S .Francesco del Deserto, which embellish the lagoon. I wait for you!

Meeting points

You can find me moored in the middle of Fondamenta Gasparo Contarini. My boat is located halfway between the municipal dock and the Madonna dell'Orto Church.

    You will see all of Piazza San Marco from a unique perspective, observing the Doge's Palace directly from my boat.

    Observe directly from the boat the historic seat of the Doge and his Government, the place where the Venetians decided the laws of the ancient Republic of the Serenissima.

  • Isola San Giorgio Maggiore

    The famous island located in front of the most famous square in Venice. Seat of the oldest Orthodox monastery in Italy.

  • Ponte dei Sospiri

    Admire the historic bridge that marked the entrance to the Prisons of the ancient Republic of Venice.

  • Giudecca

    From the boat we will look at the wonderful churches and its palaces.

    Point of entry into the city for the ancient commercial ships that came from the East to exchange artifacts, spices and goods.

Highly Recommend!

Amazing! I would highly recommend this to anyone in Venice looking to get away from the touristy places and see all the places nobody talks about. Pierangelo was accommodating, very knowledgeable about everything we asked, and a great boat driver. We had such a fun time and it was one of the highlights of our trip!

Pierangelo was the best tour guide! He took us to several islands in Venice beyond just the main tourist attractions. We loved learning more about each of the islands and getting away from the crowds of Venice. The Prosecco and snacks were great. One of the high points of our trip!

A can’t-miss Venetian experience

This was an absolutely incredible experience. I’ve been to Venice a few times before, but I hadn’t fully appreciated the truly unique city and its surroundings before this trip around the lagoon with Pierangelo. His passion for Venice is contagious, and he was a pleasure to spend time with. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough, especially if you’re looking to get away from touristy areas and see the real Venice.

Do not pass on this experience!! It was the most unique way to see Venice from a local’s eyes! We booked this on our first night in Venice it was so romantic and picturesque to watch the sun set on this beautiful city, Pierangelo took us through the lago and between all the various islands of Venice showing us what felt like the most authentic Venitian experience, he had appetizers and Prosecco ready for us at the perfect moments of the tour and we even got to stop for some of the most delicious pizza I have had in years!! Thank you Pierangelo I won’t be coming to Venice without paying you a visit again! Saluti

Amazing way to see Venice

Pierre Angelo was amazing and he offers you a few different options for a ride (in the busy city or outside in the quiet). We said we didn’t care which and he took us on the quiet side which was a wonderful way to see Venice after being in the huddle and bustle of it all. He communicates well and tells you all about Venetian history and culture as you cruise. It was the highlight of our trip to Venice. Please book him, you will not be disappointed!
