Learn 9 of Brazil's favorite recipes in a 3-hour boozy cooking class offering visitors an insight into the cooking techniques, ingredients and flavors of Brazil. Cook the meal yourself and see just how good you are at fulfilling some Brazilian recipes! 6 dishes + unlimited caipirinhas (Brazil's lime cocktail).

Itinerary

Make then eat 9 Brazilian favorite recipes including unlimited caipirinhas! Have fun with a Salvador native while you explore Brazilian food culture! Our cooking class participants have a blast at a Brazilian kitchen, with a vivacious Brazilian chef that will enlighten them about Brazilian food, culture and customs. We will make several appetizers all while holding a caipirinha (the fun way to cook!). Then you will make our main dish, then eat! To finish this lively, hand-on, cultural experience we will finish with either the signature "Brigadeiro" fudge dessert or with an Amazonian fruit licqor, to conclude and celebrate our meal together. Optional tour: 1-hour market tour before the class to explore Brazilian fruits and food products.

Delicious and amazing cooking class!

The cooking was very nice. The host Klara was really nice and explained a lot about the dishes. She let us taste different dishes and cool ourself. Great talking to. It was amazing!

Karla was such a welcoming, knowledgable and friendly teacher! She gave us different snacks and drinks to try and we got to make our own too. All in all, a really enjoyable experience.

Food was amazing, would highly recommend! We did Moqueca which was my highlight and pao de quijo which is so easy. Defo do it!

Each dish was delicious. We had tried some of the dishes before elsewhere, and these versions were the best ones we’ve had! The experience was quite lovely as well. She is an amazing host!
