Meet up your friendly private guide at your hotel in the morning, afternoon or evening, and have a short discussion with your guide for your things to do list. Then hop-on the comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to start your exciting 4-hour journey. You can either following the sample itinerary or going with your own customized one. Typically, you will visit The Bund, see the amazing city landmarks along the Huangpu river such as pearl TV Tower, shanghai tower and world financial center. Stroll down the river and have a close look of the old colonial buildings.

Continue the tour to visit beautiful Buddhist temples -Jade buddha temple. Take a stroll at the temple complex with multiple chambers and impressive buddha statues. See the local worshipers and learn the fascinating religion culture from your guide. (Jade buddha temple close at 4:20pm)

Next, heading to the Yuyuan garden, a very ancient and well-preserved garden with the history of 400 years old where to see the stylish Chinese pavilion and authentic old architectures. If you like to do shopping and have a bite of street food, Yuyuan bazaar can be a good choice for you. (Yuyuan garden close at 4pm and every Monday).

Head to French concession, the old center of colonial life. See the impressive French style architecture, learn the history of Shanghai during 1840th and take a nice stroll along the walkways with beautiful French trees. . Based on your interests, you can choose other attractions besides the sample itinerary, • Shanghai Old Street • City of God Temple • Fuxing Park • Pudong city landmark (Shanghai Tower, Pearl TV Tower or Shanghai World Financial Center). At the end, your guide will take you back to your hotel.

Great experience - was briefly in Shanghai, and I do not speak the language. Was great to optimize my time and have an English speaking local show me the highlights. Also appreciated the flexibility - I booked at 10:30am and Mary met me at 1:30pm, same day!!

This was the perfect layover tour! Every aspect was seamless, Xin even adjusted along the way to ensure we arrived back to the airport on time. We saw so many awesome sites in such a short time, even had dumplings from a Michelin rated restaurant. AMAZING!

Our experience during our Shanghai tour was absolutely brilliant! Shanghai is a beautiful city with so much rich culture and history everywhere you look. The Yuyang garden & marketplace, French Concession, Tianzifang market, and the striking Bund were all breathtaking. Adding to the brilliance of the city was the flexibility, fast response, and hospitality of Amazing Shanghai Trip service. Our tour guide Queena was absolutely brilliant, she was very well spoken and knowledgeable about the history of the various parts of Shanghai and she did an incredible job in accommodating our needs, requests, and for finding gifts & souvenirs to bring back home. She was even able to pick a delicious halal food spot for us to experience traditional Chinese food. We truly couldn’t have managed to fit everything we needed to do and find without Queena’s assistance. I strongly recommend anyone who wants to explore Shanghai to book this trip as it’s perfect for exploring this amazing city.
