Our tour started with a warm greeting from native Zarragozan Jorge and then a trip to the central market where we bought ingredients to make 4 delicious dishes- tracitional tomato salad, a layer veggie tapa, tortilla espaƱola, and torrijas (dessert). We strolled through the old city to the beautiful Zarola cooking school. Where we cooked, chatted and ate. Jorge is very knowledgeable about the region and customs. Iām excited to replicate these recipes at home. This experience was a great start to our stay in Zaragoza. I highly recommend it!
