“Kendo” is about swordsmanship, a traditional Japanese martial arts skill of the Samurai, the path of the sword in Japan. You can practice Kendo, “Unify your spirits”,”Manners”, and “Lifelong Kendo”. Very good introduction to Kendo!

Kenshi-San and his two colleagues are experienced instructors. We learned three basic striking techniques (men, kote, do) and some counter techniques, and fought a few playful games against each other and against the instructor. Too bad it only lasted two hours! The whole experience is very family friendly. Definitely recommend if you want to give Kendo a try.

Such an interesting and inspiring experience to have! Highly recommend to anyone who's interested in kendo or japanese culture! As a total beginnger, this experience session definitely lighten up my eager to learn kendo for a longer term. The teacher is really funny and super nice. I left the session feeling energized and with a newfound appreciation for the art of Kendo. It was a great blend of discipline and fun!

This experience is incredible, you get to learn about the Kendo hitting techniques. You will also get to face against your friends that you bring with you, it’s a really really amazing experience and I highly recommend it for anyone going to Japan. It’s not too far from centre of Japan aswell, it was like 30 min from where I was staying.

There were thorough explanations. It was a friendly atmosphere indeed. We were half an hour late but we could catch Up without problema. I reccomend this activity indeed.

The Genuine Samurai Experience was amazing !! Sensei and his assistant were so knowledgeable and took great patience with everyone. So glad I decided to book this experience!!
