  • 50% payment - 60 days before departure
  • Late Payments: May result in cancellation & loss of deposit
  • “Non-transferable” = payment can’t be reused, reassigned, or moved to another booking or person.

Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price.

This itinerary is especially attractive in late March and early April when cherry blossoms are typically in bloom in Tokyo, Kyoto, and around the Meguro River and Mount Fuji area. However, it can be enjoyed year-round, with different seasonal scenery in each region.

Yes, private airport transfers are included on both arrival and departure days. A driver will pick you up at the airport in Tokyo on Day 1 and drop you at the airport in Osaka on Day 10.

A private tour guide is included for the Tokyo city walking tour on Day 2. On other days, transportation is mainly by private car with an English-speaking driver, and some transfers and free days are unguided.

Meals are generally not included. Lunches and dinners are excluded, but local restaurants with reasonable prices are recommended by your guide or driver. You will pay directly for your own meals.

Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. You should arrange suitable coverage independently before starting your trip.
