Overview

Take a wild and wacky ride with ZORB - roll down the longest tracks in the world. Owned and operated by inventors of this iconic activity, you get to slide around inside the inflatable ball in a warm water bath for a new type of thrill. Before you set off, your instructor explains how to ride and enjoy the twists and turns as the ball rolls downhill - don't worry it's like a giant water slide, no tumbling involved! Choose from three different runs that promise lots of laughs and fun.

Itinerary

Superman dive into a giant inflatable ball and roll down Mt Ngongotaha with ZORB, where the fun will have you laughing uncontrollably. Discover FOUR different ball rolling tracks – the world’s longest zig-zag Sidewinder Track, the smooth ‘n’ fast double Straight Track, and the MEGA Track -the longest, fastest and steepest track in all the land and our newest track PIPELINE which starts off with the twistiest turns and finishes off through a treeline tunnel. The experience of rolling down a hill inside a giant inflatable ball has been an iconic adventure experience since Andrew and David Akers invented and developed the first ever ZORB site in the world back in 1997 at this very location! To this day, Rotorua is the ONLY location in New Zealand where you can experience this amazingly fun and bizarre bucket list activity. Do not miss out on this iconic New Zealand invention, where it all began! The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. The rides are an absolute blast! My favourites were the Pipeline and Sidewinder. Hot tubs to warm up are a great touch!

I never laughed so hard at my wife hooting, hollering, and screaming while Zorbing TWICE! Great experience for two 60+ year olds. I can't say she's sold doing this again but I am. Highly recommend!

Would 100% recommend! This is something I have wanted to do for about 25 years, and it did not disappoint! There was an 8 year old in front of us who proclaimed “this is the best thing I’ve done in my life!”. And at 8 years old, it probably was. At 39 years old, it still ranks pretty high up there with the best things I’ve done in my life

We, been me aged 60, daughter 30 and 2 teen girls had an absolute blast. We originally did the flexi 2 ride package, but after those 2 did a 3rd on the speed zorb. As per usual in NZ the service was awesome. Highly recommend
