Overview

Get ready for an amazing tour in the world of organic wine: you will visit one of the oldest organic winery together with a member of the Tili Family who will explain all the process to make a fantastic organic wine. Afterwards, you can taste all the farm products during a guided tasting where you will try 5 different organic wines of Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT. The wines will be paired with warm bruschette with organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of cheeses and salami with jams, and local biscotti with sweet wine. At the end you will receive a certification of Apprentice Winemaker! We offer pick up on request for a fixed price the pick up from the city center of Assisi or Spello or the Assisi train station.

the travels will enjoy a guided tour of the winery with following a winetasting of 5 organic wines paired with bruschette, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses and "umbrian biscotti" tozzetti . For the children we offer also soft drinks and/or juices and chips.

Beautiful little winery with a special location. Julia was warm and gracious. She made us comfortable and she is most knowledgeable about wine and olio. A beautiful fall day. Food was delicious and plentiful. Wine was terrific. Would do it again.

Beautiful views of the vineyard, delicious wine, food, olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Tour was in English, tour guide was very knowledgeable & fun!

The family host was so welcoming. The property is breathtaking. The wine was very good. Completely different than what we expected. The food pairing was delicious as well. We would recommend this experience with 5 stars :)

Passion is what makes the difference between just doing and excelling

Being winemaker for a day at Tili Vini is all about passion. Passion for the region, passion for the art of wine making, passion for regional food and passion for their guests. Arriving almost 15 minutes late because i didn't read the instructions 100%, we where welcomed at the winery with open arms. From the start of the tour their knowledge and competence shines trough. The tour of the winery followed by the tasting is worth every penny. Everyone at Tili is warm at heart and they go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. At the end of our tasting i asked if we could buy some of the truffels they had "hunted" with their dog that morning. And even on that out of the blue question they acted with the most pleasant response. Yes, we will be back at Tili Vini soon.

This wine tour was wonderful!! Our guide, Annalaura, gave us a very detailed and informative tour of the winery and their process. The food and wine tasting was incredible!! They provided us with delicious bruschettas and wines! From beginning to end, this tour was amazing and we would highly recommend it!!
