Awesome views of Byron Glacier

Published on Sep, 2024

We enjoyed our tour with Daniel as our guide. We enjoyed the 2 mile hike to see the Byron Glacier. Sad we didnā€™t get to see the beluga whales but we realize it was the time of year. I thought we would see more wildlife in the wild and not wildlife in enclosures.

Enjoyable way to end my cruise

Published on Sep, 2024

This was the best excursion of my cruise, returning from Whittier to Anchorage. The weather happened to be perfect (early September, 2024). Multiple stops to get out and enjoy the views, take pictures, do some walking and see some animals. Just the right amount of time to leisurely enjoy some of the sites of Alaska.

Tour to Anchorage

Published on Sep, 2024

What a great tour! Inspite of the rainy weather, our guide Leona made sure we stopped at all the things! We saw the Portage Visitors center, wildlife conservatory, Beluga whales at Beluga point and the beautiful marsh lands. It was a great way to travel to Anchorage!
