Overview

Enjoy travelling towards the east and have a pleasant time along the Villasimius coastline in Sardinia on this 6-hour tour. We are going to visit two beaches: one of Villasimius and one of Solanas. Appreciate the beach for the fine white sand and transparent water. Brace yourself for a wonderful and mesmerizing experience. Transport by air-conditioned vehicle is included with pickup from a centrally-located meeting point or your hotel if requested at time of booking.

  • Santuario e Basilica di Bonaria (Pass By)

    With this tour, we are going to drive in front of the Bonaria church while the guide will tell you everything about the history and the tale about this famous church

  • Sella del Diavolo (Pass By)

    You are going to admire the beauty of this wonderful place while the guide will tell you why this place has the name of the Devil.

  • Parco Naturale Molentargius-Saline

    We are going to stop in front of the pond of Molentargius, where you can see the characteristic pink flamingos and you are going to learn the history of this beautiful birds and of the lagoon.

  • Villasimius

    The first beach is going to be a wonderful beach of Villasimius where you will walk on the white sand and on the wonderful granite rocks and you will have the chance to do some snorkeling.

  • Spiaggia di Solanas

    You will have the chance to dive into the crystal water and relax on the beach

Brilliant trip. Lots of local information and great tips. Good information given at each location about food, toilets, safety advice and recommendations. Would really recommend this trip. Beautiful beaches and good to stop and see flamingos. Thank you.

Beautiful beaches with a knowledgeable guide

Excellent way to get to some of the more remote beaches from Cagliari. Claudia was a fantastic guide who shared details of the area's history during the drives in English for me and Italian for the others on the trip. When we arrived at the beaches we had 1.5 -2 hours to explore or swim on our own. We were lucky to see some flamingos on the way back! Great option for those who want explore the remote beaches but don't want to hire a car or catch a long bus.

visited many beaches especially in summer, this time I was in March on the beach of Villasimius and Porto Giunco. Sardinia A unique beach of 3 km deserted exceptionally beautiful .

It was amazing!! Claudia and Barbara were such amazing hosts/guides—so kind, helpful, attentive. I was solo on this trip. They could easily have canceled but didn’t and made me feel so welcome to Sardinia! Please do enrol for their trips—I’ve only felt lucky to have done so! Thank you, ladies!!!

A real teaser of Cagliari beaches!

Loved the idea of the tour but I wish it was longer than it was! It’s hard to enjoy and relax at the beach when you are restricted with timing :( Although I understand why it is planned the way it is, I think it would be great to either extend the time and choose 1 but really beautiful beach or allow extra time at each beach with the current structure! However, overall it’s a great idea as there are not many tours that would take you to a beach especially if you have no access to a car like in my situation as a solo traveler.
