Overview

Start your full-day trip from Naples and after approximately 40 minutes of driving reach the Herculaneum ruins. Enjoy skip-the-line entrance as you priority admission ticket is included and start to discover ruins on your own pace. Herculaneum was the first archaeological site discovered in the 18th century, and became one of the most famous sites in the world. Nowadays, Herculaneum boasts several landmarks such as the house with the mosaic atrium, the house of the deer, the thermal spas of the forum, the house of the mosaic of Neptune and Amphitrite, which definitely deserves to be visited. Afterwards you will continue on to Mount Vesuvius, enjoying a drive through a national park that features amazing views of the Bay of Naples.     Start your full-day trip from the historical city center of Naples from where you will venture to the Herculaneum ruins. After approximately 40 minutes of driving, the bus will drop you off nearby the main entrance of the ruins. Following your Mt. Vesuvius visit, you’ll head back to Naples.

Over priced and underwhelmed

Was made out like a great tour but loads was done by the excellent transport of tramvia and tickets which we could of bought. Transport is just shutting from place to place nothing to do with tours.

Vesuvius is amazing a testy climb but we'll worth it and Herculaneum was also amazing. It was a self guided trip and allowed you to see at own pace.

I would recommend this tour, it worked perfectly for us. Entry tickets were provided and the pick-ups were on time and in a comfortable taxi. Our driver Mateo was friendly and helpful. We would use this service again. The only slight shortcoming is that we would have liked another half-an-hour at Herculaneum, the time at Vesuvius was just right.

Herculaneum was an outstanding trip. Population so clever. A trip not to be missed. Vesuvious was brilliant. Worth the walk to get to the crater.

A far better tour than Pompeii. For the walk up Vesuvius although not far it is hard work for those less fit. Great views though.
