ATTENTION: (*) We would like to inform you that, due to particularly difficult traffic conditions in Paris, we have had to limit our pickup zones in order to ensure a high-quality service for our clients. Traffic congestion and circulation restrictions make travel in certain parts of the city very complex and ... unpredictable. Therefore, we currently provide pickup and drop-off services only in the western districts of Paris, namely the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th, and 16th arrondissements, as well as in the western areas of the 2nd, 5th, 14th, and 17th arrondissements. This decision allows us to adhere to our scheduled times and minimize any inconvenience for our clients. However, for groups of more than 5 people, we do offer pickup and drop-off services throughout all the districts of Paris. We offer a diverse range of packages tailored to suit both your schedule and budget. Opt for an upgrade to enjoy a more intimate small-group experience and extend your visit for a full-day experience to explore the Grand and Petit Trianon palaces. After the guided portion, immerse yourself in the grandeur of Versailles for approximately 2 hours (for half-day tours) or 4 hours (for full-day tours) to wander at your own pace and discover its treasures independently.

Minimum age for participants is 6 years old. Each participant must be declared at the time of booking. We cannot accommodate undeclared clients, including babies or children under 6 years old. Reservations will be canceled without compensation in such cases.
Option 1: "Semi-Private" guided tour for a maximum of 10 people, lasting 2:30 hours at the Palace, including transfer.
Option 2: "Small Group" guided tour for a maximum of 18 people, lasting 2:30 hours at the Palace, including transfer.
Option 3: "Small Group" guided tour for a maximum of 28 people, lasting 1:30 hours at the Palace, including transfer.
To confirm your reservation, we will need your address for the pick-up.
Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.
Motorized wheelchair prohibited in the museum.
Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, especially those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very extensive and features numerous steps to navigate, both within the buildings and in the gardens.

Highly recommend this tour especially if you only have a few days in Paris like us. I loved that we were picked up and dropped off back to our hotel. The drive was really nice and felt safe with our driver. Isabel, our tour guide was fantastic! Learned a lot about other things related to the palace. We also enjoyed that we had plenty of time for ourselves to roam the palace and garden after the tour. Highly recommend this!

Our pick up van was right on time and easy to spot. Once at Versailles the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and very smart on guiding us in and out of the crowds. I would highly recommend the tour.
