If access is restricted due to private events inside St. Mark's Basilica and/or Doge's Palace, we cannot be held responsible. This is a situation beyond our control. No refund will be issued.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather (heavy rain, strong wind, high tide) conditions that prevent the gondola ride from taking place or any operational or safety reasons beyond our control it may be substituted for another experience, but no refund will be provided.

Pamela was a very knowledgeable guide. We were able to learn so much more having her as a guide rather than touring the Venetian sites on our own. Having the enjoyable gondola ride as part of the tour enabled us to check off a bucket list item for all eight of us (split between two gondolas).

This tour was great. It was one of the few tours where I thought wow I actually got everything that I paid for instead of thinking it was overpriced. But that was probably because of our great host Pamela. Without her it wouldn’t have been half as good!
